This Delivery & Returns Policy outlines the terms applicable to all digital services and products offered by Brainbaby Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Brainbaby”, “we”, “our” or “us”) via www.brainbaby.ai. As a provider of AI-powered digital services, Brainbaby operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and does not offer physical product deliveries.
1. Delivery of Digital Services
Delivery Method:
All purchases made on Brainbaby.ai are for digital services, including but not limited to AI assistant memberships, cognitive tools, and downloadable content. Upon successful payment, your purchased service is automatically provisioned to your user account.Delivery Timeline:
Access to digital products is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases where technical delays occur, our support team will ensure your access is enabled as quickly as possible.Access Notification:
Confirmation and access details are delivered via email and/or your Brainbaby.ai user dashboard.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with international consumer protection regulations concerning digital content (such as Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent laws), once a digital service has been accessed or activated, the right to cancel or request a refund is waived.Refund Eligibility (Before Activation):
If you have purchased a digital subscription or service but have not yet accessed or used it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@brainbaby.ai and will be reviewed within 5 business days.Non-Refundable Cases Include:
Activated subscriptions
Partially used AI services
Custom integrations or consulting packages
Any misuse or breach of Terms of Use
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
Lifetime or annual packages are non-refundable after activation unless otherwise specified in a promotional agreement or corporate SLA.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a service disruption or technical fault that prevents access to purchased services, please contact support@brainbaby.ai within 48 hours of the incident.
Verified system errors caused by Brainbaby may be eligible for compensation, including time credit or, in rare cases, partial refund.
