How do I request a refund for a Brainbaby.ai subscription?

If you subscribed to Brainbaby.ai through our website and would like to request a refund:

  2. Navigate to the Help Center.

  3. Open the chat widget located at the bottom-right corner of the page.

  4. Submit your refund request through the chat.

Our support team will review your request and respond promptly. If you’re eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email linked to your account. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
